Responsibilities:

The incumbent will oversee and support all aspects of the CBEE department operations including scheduling classes, organizing departmental events, marketing, communications, coordinating graduate admissions, and reimbursements for staff/student expenses. Specific duties include: working with faculty to schedule classes; organizing and marketing department events; attending meetings/training's; arranging travel and accommodations; arranging documents for new students; writing appointment letters for faculty/students; and performing other duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and two years of experience in administrative staff work. Must have: excellent customer service, organization and verbal/written skills; the ability to interact with students, faculty and staff at all levels; the ability to represent the department in a professional manner; and the ability to work independently and be proactive.  Experience in communications and budget management strongly desired.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
