The incumbent will oversee the production of the Fall and Spring semester schedules of classes and the Undergraduate Catalog. Specific duties include: serve as a leader in campus wide efforts to align classroom and event scheduling with industry best practices; improve classroom utilization, and use technology to streamline and improve scheduling processes;  oversee the implementation of workflow tools to support course and program approval processes; manage faculty services in the Registrar's Office, including systems access and the development and delivery of training materials and online resources for scheduling, catalog, curriculum management, and SA self-service teaching functionality and student academic data; supervise an assistant registrar and a program specialist and serve in a senior capacity as part of the Registrar's Office management team; and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) and four years experience in higher education required, preferably with at least three years experience in academic or events scheduling. Experience providing support and training to academic staff and faculty required. 


Preferred Qualifications:  Supervisory experience strongly preferred. Experience producing online catalogs and/or training materials preferred. Experience with 25 Live or Peoplesoft scheduling functionality strongly desired.
