The Graduate School is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to assist in it's efforts to attract a highly qualified applicant pool.

The incumbent will exercise independent decision-making in managing Graduate School admissions communication activities including leading and managing our TargetX CRM activities, managing the Graduate School's social networking efforts and social media accounts, utilizing data analytics to improve these efforts. The incumbent will maintain email communications with inquirers, as well as communications with applicants. The person in this position will also create and manage marketing projects and serve as a website administrator for a portion of the Graduate School website. These activities will assist the Graduate School with our efforts to be more responsive to our applicants, conduct more extensive outreach to prospective students, and make our marketing efforts more efficient through systemic inquiry tracking and effective use of social media.  In addition, the incumbent will perform other duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor's Degree and two years of related experience. 

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience in higher education strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce/TargetX CRM platform.
  • Experience with student information system (i.e., PeopleSoft).
  • Experience with digital marketing and interactive social networking.
