The Coordinator of Undergraduate Recruitment & Program Pathways is a critical member of the UMBC-Shady Grove Administrative Team focusing on the recruitment of prospective transfer students while providing undergraduate applicants guidance and support through the admission and enrollment funnel. The Coordinator will be responsible for providing overall pre- transfer advising to prospective students as a means to help our prospective students develop an academic plan of action for transfer into their undergraduate program of choice.
