International Recruitment Coordinator UMBC Campus Open Until Filled
The International Recruitment Coordinator supports the University’s efforts to identify, recruit, admit, and enroll qualified international students in all of its academic programs through student and partner outreach, marketing communications, and other recruitment activities. Part of the Center for Global Engagement (CGE), this position will work closely with multiple campus stakeholders and external partners to achieve the University’s strategic international enrollment goals through participation in a variety of international recruitment activities and events.

Conducts certification audits and activities for Masters of Arts, Science, Public Policy, Professional Studies, and Post Baccalaureate Certificates as assigned. Address any academic or procedural issues that may arise in the progression toward graduation, such as discrepancies in records, delays in document approvals, or missed deadlines.
Information Technology Research Security Specialist UMBC Campus Open Until Filled
The Information Technology Research Security Specialist reports to the Chief Information Security Officer and collaborates with the Office of Research Protections & Compliance and The Hilltop Institute to enhance IT research security. This role implements and maintains robust security measures, advising on systems and controls tailored to the research environment and The Hilltop Institute's data warehouse function. Additionally, this position contributes to a grant-funded research study, developing training materials and best practices for IT security-based research compliance at universities similar in size to UMBC.
Workforce and Educational Engagement Coordinator Baltimore City Open Until Filled
The Workforce and Educational Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Choice Jobs participants by providing personalized career coaching, workforce development training, and connections to community resources. Working under the Assistant Director of Vocational Programming, this position helps young people navigate employment and education opportunities while also supporting operations at Choice’s social enterprises, including UB Café and the Rysing Youth kiosks. Additionally, the Coordinator collaborates with local employers, schools, and Choice staff to strengthen job readiness programming, deliver training sessions, and contribute to events like College Nights.
