Position Overview: |
The Coordinator will be a key player in identifying and engaging prospective students. Their initiatives will be instrumental in ensuring their academic success and satisfaction in their educational experience. They will work closely with academic departments across UMBC, representing our programs and showcasing the diverse career opportunities available to students. They will also be responsible for organizing and executing targeted recruitment events on and off campus. |

Required Minimum Qualifications: |
A Bachelor's degree preferably in communications, marketing, education, or a related field is required.
Note: Requires availability to occasionally work or meet in the evenings and/or on weekends. Requires the ability to travel and participate in meetings, conferences, and other activities.

Salary: |
Salary: $56,000 - $62,720 depending on qualifications and experience. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. |
