Position Overview: |
The Director of Health Promotion (DHP) will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive health promotion initiatives to enhance the health and wellbeing of UMBC students. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Health and Wellbeing, this position is integral to setting the vision for health promotion strategies and programs at UMBC. The DHP will collaborate across departments and engage with diverse campus and community stakeholders to foster a holistic and sustainable approach to student health. The DHP will also spearhead marketing efforts to increase awareness of services offered by the Office of Health Promotion and Retriever Integrated Health (RIH), utilizing effective communication strategies to ensure undergraduate and graduate students are informed, engaged, and empowered to access services. |

Salary: $108,000 - $116,000 depending on qualifications and experience. The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. |
