The COEIT Shared Services Center is seeking a leadership position to lead/direct/manage/operate its Business Operations unit. The position under the direction of the Director of Shared Services will be responsible for all of the college’s operations centered around payroll, human resources, procurement, and travel reimbursement. The position will also be responsible for developing and maintaining Request Tracker (RT) – in coordination with the Division of Information Technology – the Shared Services Center’s tool for receiving and tracking all requests for SSC support.
