The Interdisciplinary Studies Program at UMBC seeks a Program Coordinator to maintain and further grow the programs reputation as a national leader in integrative, individualized, interdisciplinary education. The successful applicant will coordinate activities within the program that lead students to the creation of formal plans for individualize majors and/or the identification of other degree programs as alternatives. The successful candidate will also develop relationships with other units on campus and appropriate persons/ organizations beyond campus for the purposes of collaborative teaching, research, and funding.
