Responsibilities: Deliver direct care to students referred for behaviors of concern (including threats of harm to self or others and disruptions to academic study due to mental health crises): Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with students and relevant stakeholders, Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support and follow-up as needed, Facilitate connections to appropriate resources both on- and off-campus. Special projects as assigned. Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree. Direct experience with managing behavioral and/or mental health concerns and demonstrated ability to support individuals in crisis.
