The Dean of Students (DOS) Office is dedicated to fostering the success and well-being of all Retrievers by providing comprehensive support throughout their academic journey.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct care to students referred for behaviors of concern (including threats of harm to self or others and disruptions to academic study due to mental health crises):

  • Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with students and relevant stakeholders,
  • Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support and follow-up as needed,
  • Facilitate connections to appropriate resources both on- and off-campus.
  • Special projects as assigned.
Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor degree. Direct experience with managing behavioral and/or mental health concerns and demonstrated ability to support individuals in crisis.

Salary:

Hourly Salary Range: $35.00 per hour

The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
