Responsibilities: |
Reporting directly to the UMBC President, the VP will develop and execute strategies to enhance the advancement enterprise, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. As a member of the President’s senior leadership team, the VP will enhance UMBC’s reputation through sophisticated marketing strategies, expand the University’s research portfolio, and support athletic programs through targeted fundraising efforts. Salary: |
Salary: $300,000 - $340,000 depending on qualifications and experience. The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. |
