Position Overview: |
The Director of Student Affairs Staff Culture and Professional Well-being is an innovative position within the Division of Student Affairs. The Director will lead efforts across the division to enhance staff wellbeing and foster an environment where staff are engaged, healthy and empowered to be their best self. The Director will lead professional and leadership development, on-boarding and training, and staff engagement efforts in support of building a healthy workforce within the division. As a leader in change management and organizational development and learning, the Director will develop a strategic vision for staff development in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team. This position will be supervised by the Chief of Staff and will have a deep partnership with the Student Affairs Business Services team to support new staff on- and off-boarding efforts. This position will also work closely with the Training and Organizational Development Department in Human Resources to provide tailored leadership development opportunities for staff across the division. |

Four to seven years of experience coordinating professional development, wellness or training programs for staff. |

Salary: $89,000 - $95,000 depending on qualifications and experience. The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. |
