Position Overview: |
The Executive Coordinator supports the Vice Provost for Professional and Extended Studies and is responsible for managing activities within the Vice Provost office, which includes communications, workflow, providing support for partnership development and stewardship, inquiries, and/or other related information. The Executive Coordinator plays a key role in providing an inclusive, knowledgeable, and largely independent administration of (but not limited to) the Vice Provost’s time, calendar, goals, record-keeping, technology needs, and project portfolio. This individual serves the unique responsibility of channeling the Vice Provost’s efforts towards the larger business strategies through application of strategic thinking, organizational and time management, and communication skills, exercised with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. |

Salary: $79,900 - $85,000 depending on qualifications and experience. The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. |
