Position Overview: |
The Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach is a full-time, 12-month, position responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of the Women's Soccer Program. The Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach provides effective leadership, recruitment, coaching and monitoring of student-athletes to encourage successful academic and team performance. In collaboration with the Head Women's Soccer Coach, the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach will be charged with assisting the UMBC Women's Soccer Team, and is expected to identify, evaluate and recruit student-athletes that can be successful athletically, academically and socially in a Division I environment. |
