The BMO supervises three Business Service Specialists and two Accounting Associates. As a team, this group processes all financial and payroll transactions for the $45m operations of the division. The BMO is the manager overseeing all process and policy around procurement, purchasing cards, cash receipts, journal entries, travel planning and reimbursement, catering, position management, time entry, on-boarding, leave tracking, financial reconciliations, key management and all required business functions. Providing excellent customer service to the faculty and staff of DPS is an important focus of the BMO.

High School Summer Program Residential Director in UMBC Campus
The University of Maryland, Baltimore County Upward Bound Program is seeking a qualified Residential Director to facilitate operations and oversight of the six (6) week summer academic enrichment residential component. Must possess leadership/supervisory experience. The position requires residing in the dormitory on campus amongst program participants and tutor/counselor staff. Must be available to work during the residential component which includes overnight duty. The program operates from June 23 – July 25, 2025 with mandatory training occurring June 16 – 18, 2025.
