Position Overview: |
The Recruitment, Retention, and Student Success Manager plays a vital role at the Erickson School and UMBC. This position involves attracting prospective students, supporting them through their academic journey, and partnering with faculty and staff to enhance the student experience. The manager will use data-driven insights to refine recruitment and retention strategies and coordinate recruitment events and orientation programs to aid student transitions. |

Salary: $82,500 - $92,500 depending on qualifications and experience. The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. |
