Responsibilities: The EM Leadership Development Specialist will work closely with the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management and the EM senior management team to identify, develop and/or enhance professional opportunities for enrollment management staff. Other responsibilities will include: Enhancing, supporting, and promoting the EM Fellows Program - a signature program which facilitates participants' exposure to and understanding of key functions and operations within Enrollment Management. Identifying opportunities for scholarly work such as article writing and presentations. Support research, writing and publication of such works. Serve on the EM Staff Development Committee, assisting with organizing and executing professional development workshops and events. Provide consulting support to department leaders on professional development needs of the respective offices. Assist with the acknowledgment and promotion of significant EM achievements both individually and collectively. Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 2-3 years experience in higher education or related field Strong communication skills Understanding of Instructional design concepts Project managements experience Knowledge of professional development principles Familiarity with program assessment approaches Familiarity with graphic software such as Adobe Illustrator Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree Special Instructions to Applicants: Upload a cover letter and a resume.
