Position Overview:

The Graduate School Operations Manager oversees our Application, Admission decision support system, back office document imaging and storage, and is our primary liaison for our CRM. This role not only supports Graduate School staff, but faculty and academic department staff, as well as prospective and current students.

Telework:

A hybrid telework schedule may be available.

Responsibilities:

All tasks in the implementation and maintenance of our application and admissions decision support system (currently CollegeNet). This includes working with departments to develop workflows for application review, organizing annual change requests, troubleshooting, configuring views for users, managing permissions, ect.

This position also is responsible for supervising staff who conduct document imaging processes and physical document storage.

This position is responsible for desktop support, the electronic hardware and software used by graduate school staff and throughout the office.

This position is our primary CRM (Salesforce) expert, crafting events, reports, forms, campaigns, etc.. to support graduate recruitment and marketing.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree - business technology, information technology, systems engineering or related field is strongly preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of related experience

Requires general lifting of computer equipment (less than 20 lbs.) and installation may involve some stooping and bending.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Knowledge of higher education, especially graduate education is preferred. Background in application systems, imaging systems, and other enterprise wide technologies is preferred.

Salary:

Salary: $68,000-$77,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.

The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
