Creates new courses and makes course changes in PeopleSoft course catalog, builds course prerequisites and assists with data maintenance related to courses, programs and academic departments in PeopleSoft, Acalog, and Curriculog. Assists in projects to maintain entities and their organization in PeopleSoft. Completes requests for PeopleSoft SA Access in accordance with policy. Participates in annual campus-wide SA access audit. Provides group and individual training on Acalog and Curriculog for faculty and staff. Provides frontline phone and front counter coverage for the Registrar’s Office. Participates in testing for quarterly system upgrades and updates to process documentation Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree One year of experience in administrative staff work Additional related experience and formal education in which one has gained the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for full performance of the work of the job class may be substituted for the education or experience requirement on a year-for-year basis with 30 college credits being equivalent to one year of experience Preferred Qualifications: Higher Education experience Background Screening Statement: A background check will be required.
