Position Overview:

This position will serve as the functional lead for the Academic Advisement module in Oracle Campus Solutions. Responsibilities include encoding degree requirements for new and revised programs and ensuring accuracy of degree audits.

Telework:

A hybrid telework schedule may be available.

Responsibilities:
  • Encoding degree requirements for new and revised programs
  • Ensuring accuracy of degree audits for all undergraduate students
  • Assisting with the Undergraduate graduation review process
  • Providing support to transfer student services
  • Main point of contact for degree audit inquiries
  • Maintains a general knowledge of all day to day functions of the office
Required Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 year experience in a Registrar or Academic Advising Office
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills
  • Initiative and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • 1 year experience with student information system

Salary:

Salary: $49,000-$55,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.

The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
