Program Coordinator in Greater Baltimore Area
The Program Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison among schools, the community, UMBC, and the Family League of Baltimore. They oversee the day-to-day operation of the HIPPY program, including staffing and training, participant recruitment, delivery of participant group enrichment meetings, and budget management. The incumbent will sponsor community programming to promote early learning on a periodic basis and maintain a steady presence in the community as a resource and partner. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for leading the Arundel Early Childhood Collaborative in partnership with members of the Judy Center, Arundel Elementary, Cherry Hill Strong and local childcare providers.
