The Executive Coordinator supports the Vice Provost for Professional & Extended Studies and is responsible for managing activities within the Vice Provost office; which includes communications, workflow, providing support for partnership development and stewardship, general inquiries, and/or other related information management. The Executive Coordinator plays a key role in providing an inclusive, knowledgeable, and largely independent administration of (but not limited to) the Vice Provost’s time, calendar, goals, record-keeping, technology needs, and project portfolio.
