Position Overview: |
The Workforce and Educational Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Choice Jobs participants by providing personalized career coaching, workforce development training, and connections to community resources. Working under the Assistant Director of Vocational Programming, this position helps young people navigate employment and education opportunities while also supporting operations at Choice’s social enterprises, including UB Café and the Rysing Youth kiosks. Additionally, the Coordinator collaborates with local employers, schools, and Choice staff to strengthen job readiness programming, deliver training sessions, and contribute to events like College Nights. |

Salary: $50,000 - $57,500 depending on qualifications and experience. The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. |
