The Director of Residential Education champions the residential experience by instilling a student-centered and learning-focused philosophy and practice in the residential education (ResEd) team and broader residential life team for achieving inclusive and supportive living-learning environments where students can belong, be well, and are able to succeed. The Director provides overall leadership, strategic planning, administrative-functional oversight, and supervision to the ResEd team and day to day residential community operations.

Civil Rights Investigator	UMBC Campus
The Civil Rights Investigator, in the Office of Equity and Civil Rights, primary responsibility will be to investigate and produce comprehensive reports regarding complaints of sexual misconduct, sexual assault, harassment, discrimination and retaliation by students, faculty or staff including interviewing parties/witnesses, collecting evidence, and drafting high quality investigation reports, and appeals documents within established timelines.
