Responsibilities:

The Computer Science and Electrical Engineering Department at the College of Engineering Information and Technology is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator for one of our grant-funded programs. In this role, you will support faculty members with a variety of essential tasks, including:

  • Coordinating program events and activities

  • Organizing the application process

  • Participating in the application review process

  • Monitoring program expenditures, including scholar tuition remission and stipend distribution

  • Administering scholars’ professional development funds

  • Developing and distributing marketing materials for the SFS and DOD CySP programs

Required Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Background in procurement or related areas
  • Proficient with computers and quick to learn new tools
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive approach to working with students

Salary:

Hourly Salary Range: Minimum: $21 to Maximum: $27, commensurate with qualifications and experience. 

The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Hours: Part time (10-16 hours, with the potential for additional hours in the future).
Type: Temporary, Contingent I
Additional Information: This is a temporary position.  Initial contract is for 1 year with the possibility of renewal.
