Responsibilities: The incumbent will provide administrative support for CWIT office operations and serve as initial contact for current and prospective students, parents, and campus community members in person and by telephone. Specific duties include: assisting with scheduling meetings, events, and appointments; assisting with tracking office budgets; preparing documentation to process financial transactions; maintaining office databases and other record keeping systems; receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming materials; preparing bulk mailings; ordering office supplies and equipment and overseeing equipment maintenance; providing guidance and instruction to student workers; relaying messages and instructions to staff; directing inquirers as appropriate; and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Experience: Requires a High School Diploma/GED and one year of experience providing administrative support. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required.  

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience working with students, coordinating financial procedures, and using PeopleSoft or similar information system preferred but not required.
