Responsibilities:

The incumbent will support the day-to-day administrative and business functions of Enrollment Management.  Primary responsibilities include:  personnel and payroll processing which includes working with department managers to facilitate the hiring and onboarding of new employees, termination of existing employees and the processing of other personnel actions; facilitating the timely and accurate processing of payroll including collection and entry of time and leave data, and the review and verification of payroll data; leveraging and maintaining PeopleSoft HR and Finance systems to facilitate, monitor and manage personnel, payroll and other data and transactions and ensure accurate data entry and reporting; and performing other duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED and at least three years experience providing administrative support. Must be detail oriented and have excellent customer service/communication skills. 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Human Resources, Payroll and  Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) experience strongly desired.

Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar HRIS preferred.
