Position Overview: |
Under the direct supervision of the Women’s Basketball Head Coach, the Coordinator serves as the Director of Women's Basketball Operations and will provides administrative and support services to the Women's Basketball program.

Responsibilities: |
The Coordinator will serve as the Director of Women's Basketball Operations and provides administrative and support services to the Women's Basketball program.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating academic support for Women's Basketball student-athletes
- Assisting with the administrative aspect of recruiting, including acquiring transcripts, inputting data, distributing mail-outs and acting as a liaison between Women's Basketball and compliance for all official visits
- Coordinating ticket requests for all games
- Assisting Head Coach with summer program, including housing and employment for student-athletes
- Assisting in the development of all coach and player notebooks; supervising team managers and delegating responsibilities
- Assisting with all camps and clinics
- Attending all team functions (games, practices, meetings, etc.)
- Exhibiting the highest professional standards and ethical behavior with adherence to NCAA, America East Conference, University and the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and Physical Education rules and regulations and/or Code of Ethics
- Contributing to the maintenance of good working relationships with all members of the department
- Performing other duties as assigned

Required Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and one year of experience coaching, playing or supporting Women's Basketball.
|
Preferred Qualifications: |
- One year of experience at the collegiate level
- Playing experience at the collegiate level preferred
- Individuals with knowledge or understanding of mid-major universities are highly desired
|

Salary: |
Salary: $49,000 - $55,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
