Position Overview: |
Conducts certification audits and activities for Masters of Arts, Science, Public Policy Professional Studies, and Post Baccalaureate Certificates as assigned. Addresses any academic or procedural issues that may arise in the progression toward graduation, such as discrepancies in records, delays in document approvals, or missed deadlines.

Responsibilities: |
Duties include:
- Overseeing the progression of students toward graduation and performing degree audits to verify completion of all program requirements.
- Address any academic or procedural issues that may arise in the progression toward graduation, such as discrepancies in records, delays in document approvals, or missed deadlines.
- Coordinating graduation-related events, such as commencement ceremonies and the annual Doctoral Candidacy Reception.

Required Minimum Qualifications: |
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years in various positions that require data management skills.
- 3 years performed within a higher education environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/systems and understand policy and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact and respond professionally with diverse audiences.
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to details and deadlines in the performance of duties, including graduation audits and resolving issues in the progression of students reaching graduation.
- Experience working with large databases and computer software programs such as Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications: |
Familiarity with PeopleSoft (SA). Use of imaging software helpful, but not required.
|

Salary: |
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
