Position Overview: Facilities Management at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County is seeking a Temperature Controls Technician II to install, service, repair, inspect, test and balance industrial and commercial heating, cooling, ventilation systems and building automation systems. Responsibilities: Under general supervision, the Temperature Controls Technician installs, services, repairs, inspects, tests and balances industrial and commercial heating, cooling, ventilation systems and building automation systems. Responsibilities include the interpretation of complex computer programs and wiring schemes related to temperature controls. Required Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED Six years progressively responsible experience in the temperature control trade Valid Class C Driver's License Special Instructions to Applicants: Upload a resume.
