Responsibilities: Reporting to the Plumbing Shop Supervisor, the Plumber will perform plumbing services at the journeyman level and assist in the maintenance and repair of our 512-acre campus, which includes over four million square feet of facility space. Specific duties include: Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing services for water, gas, sewer, storm and drain systems; Operating related equipment and pipelines; and performing other duties as assigned Required Minimum Qualifications: Four years progressively responsible experience in the plumbing trade Maryland State certification as a licensed journeyman plumber Valid non-commercial Class C or equivalent driver's license Preferred Qualifications: Valid certification for Backflow Device Testing and Repair preferred Special Instructions to Applicants: Upload a cover letter and a resume.
